Zr-BV-1× 25mm² 450/750V Copper Core PVC Insulated Wire Zc Yjv
Zr-BV-1×25mm² 450/750V copper core PVC insulated wire and Zc-YJV cable are two types of high-performance electrical wiring products, widely used in power transmission and distribution in construction, industrial and other fields. With reliable electrical performance, good mechanical strength and specific flame-retardant characteristics, they have become important components to ensure the safe and stable operation of electrical systems.
I. Zr-BV-1×25mm² 450/750V Copper Core PVC Insulated Wire
Core Specifications and Performance
The conductor is made of high-purity electrolytic copper, with a single-core structure and a precise cross-sectional area of 25mm². The DC resistance of the conductor at 20℃ is ≤0.727Ω/km, with excellent conductivity, enabling efficient power transmission.
The insulation layer is made of polyvinyl chloride (PVC) material, with a thickness of ≥1.2mm and a temperature resistance range of -15℃ to 70℃, which can maintain stable insulation performance in normal use environments. The insulation resistance is ≥100MΩ (20℃), and it can withstand a power frequency voltage of 3kV for 5min without breakdown, ensuring electrical safety.
It has ZR (flame-retardant) characteristics and passes the GB/T 18380 flame-retardant test, which can inhibit the spread of combustion under the action of flame and reduce fire hazards. The overall outer diameter of the wire is about 8.5mm, and the bending radius is ≥4 times the outer diameter, which is convenient for laying and installation in narrow spaces.
Characteristic Applications
Construction electrical field: Suitable for lighting and power distribution trunk lines in high-rise buildings and commercial complexes, which can be laid openly or concealed in walls and floors, adapting to the power needs of residences, office buildings and other places.
Industrial auxiliary lines: As power connection lines for small and medium-sized motors, machine tools and other equipment in factory workshops, it can withstand certain mechanical vibrations and ensure stable power supply for equipment.
Public facilities: Used for emergency lighting lines and ordinary socket circuits in hospitals, schools and other places. The flame-retardant feature adds safety guarantee for places with dense people.
II. Zc-YJV Cable
Core Specifications and Performance
The conductor is made of multi-strand copper wires stranded, with common cross-sectional areas covering various specifications from 4mm² to 240mm², meeting different power transmission needs. The DC resistance of the conductor at 20℃ complies with GB/T 3956 standard, ensuring low-loss power transmission.
The insulation layer is made of cross-linked polyethylene (XLPE), with a temperature resistance range of -40℃ to 90℃, excellent insulation performance, low dielectric loss, suitable for higher voltage level scenarios. The sheath is made of polyvinyl chloride (PVC), with good weather resistance and corrosion resistance, and flame retardants are added to meet ZC (Class C flame retardant) requirements, releasing less smoke and low toxicity during combustion.
The rated voltage is 0.6/1kV, which can withstand a power frequency voltage of 10kV for 5min without breakdown. The short-circuit withstand temperature is 250℃ (5s), with high mechanical strength, tensile strength ≥12MPa, and elongation at break ≥125%.
Characteristic Applications
Building trunk lines: In large shopping malls, hotels and other buildings, as the trunk cable from the distribution room to the distribution boxes on each floor, it can be buried, piped or laid along the bridge, adapting to complex wiring environments.
Industrial power distribution: Used for the connection between factory transformer and distribution rooms and workshop main distribution boxes, it can carry large load currents and resist the influence of oil, dust, etc. in industrial environments.
Municipal engineering: In municipal projects such as urban road lighting and underground pipe corridors, as the main line for power transmission, it has good corrosion resistance to buried ground and a long service life.
III. Common Advantages and Material Technology
In terms of materials, both conductors are made of high-purity copper to ensure conduction efficiency; insulation and sheath materials are strictly selected, meeting environmental protection requirements and containing no harmful substances such as heavy metals.
In terms of technology, Zr-BV wires adopt wire drawing, insulation extrusion and other processes to ensure uniform and tight insulation layers; Zc-YJV cables go through multiple processes such as conductor stranding, cross-linked insulation extrusion, cabling, and sheath extrusion, with firm bonding of each layer and stable performance.
Both have passed the national mandatory product certification (CCC), with reliable quality, convenient installation and maintenance, and are ideal choices with both safety and economy in electrical engineering.
