4 Core Aluminium Earth Cable Underground XLPE PVC 16mm2 to 300mm2 for Power Transmission
This 4-core aluminium earth cable is designed for underground power transmission. It uses aluminium conductors and includes 4 cores, one of which can serve as an earth core. The conductor cross-sectional area ranges from 16mm² to 300mm², which can meet power transmission needs of different powers: small cross-sectional areas (16mm²-50mm²) are suitable for small underground distribution branches; medium cross-sectional areas (70mm²-150mm²) can meet the main power transmission of residential areas or factory areas; large cross-sectional areas (185mm²-300mm²) are suitable for large industrial transmission trunks.
The cable uses XLPE (cross-linked polyethylene) as the insulation layer, which has excellent electrical resistance, aging resistance and mechanical strength, and can resist the impact of underground environments such as humidity and soil corrosion. The outer layer is wrapped with a PVC sheath to further enhance wear resistance and protective performance, making it suitable for long-term underground laying scenarios.
Its core advantages lie in the lightweight and cost-effectiveness of the aluminium conductor. Combined with the double-layer protection of XLPE and PVC, it balances transmission stability and adaptability to underground environments. It is widely used in underground distribution networks, urban power grid branches and industrial underground transmission projects.
