Nyy Cable is a PVC power cable designed for the special working conditions of power stations, with a core structure combining high-purity copper conductors and cross-linked polyethylene (XLPE) insulation, offering both efficient conductivity and stable insulation advantages. The copper conductor has a copper content of over 99.9% and a conductivity exceeding 58MS/m, which can effectively reduce losses during power transmission and maintain efficient operation even under high current loads, adapting to the power supply needs of high-power equipment such as generator sets and transformers in power stations.​ The XLPE insulation layer, treated with a special cross-linking process, has a temperature resistance range of -40℃ to 90℃ and an insulation resistance of ≥1000MΩ. It can withstand common voltage fluctuations, instantaneous shocks, and ambient temperature changes in power stations, fundamentally eliminating the risk of electric leakage. The outer sheath is made of weather-resistant PVC material with a uniform thickness and a tensile strength of ≥12MPa. It can not only withstand long-term mechanical damages such as friction and collision but also resist dust erosion and humid environments, ensuring a service life of over 15 years under complex working conditions in power stations.​ The product is available in four conductor cross-sectional area specifications: 35mm², 50mm², 70mm², and 95mm², corresponding to rated current carrying capacities of 130A, 165A, 205A, and 250A respectively. It can flexibly match the power distribution needs of different power equipment in the station, such as main control room lines, auxiliary equipment power supply, and emergency power systems. The cable has good overall flexibility with a minimum bending radius of 12 times the conductor diameter, facilitating laying and installation in narrow spaces of power stations. Its structural design perfectly combines durability and practicality, providing a solid guarantee for the continuous and stable power supply of power stations.
