This double shielded conductor cross-linked polyethylene (XLPE) cable includes various cross-sectional area specifications such as 1core × 70mm², 185mm², 50mm², and 200mm², specially designed for power transmission scenarios requiring high-efficiency anti-interference.​ Its core structure adopts a single-core design. Conductors with different cross-sectional areas are made of high-purity copper, which has excellent electrical conductivity and can be flexibly selected according to different current load requirements. The insulation layer is cross-linked polyethylene (XLPE), which is resistant to high temperature, chemical corrosion and has good electrical insulation, enabling stable operation in complex environments. The double shielding layer consists of an inner semiconducting water-resistant layer and an outer metal shielding layer. The inner semiconducting layer can eliminate air gaps between the conductor and the insulation layer, while the outer metal shielding layer can effectively isolate external electromagnetic interference and play a role in grounding protection, greatly improving the anti-interference ability and operational safety of the cable.​ This cable is suitable for places with high requirements on power transmission quality and anti-interference such as power stations, substations, and industrial enterprises.
