Core Material Composition
Conductor: All series adopt super Flexible Conductors, which are stranded by multiple strands of fine Copper Wires. The number of strands of different models is optimized according to needs - Yjvr (Power Cable) is stranded by 49 strands of φ0.9mm copper wires, and RV-K (control cable) uses more strands of ultra-fine copper wires (such as 127 strands of φ0.5mm). The purity of copper wires is ≥99.95%, and the conductivity is ≥58MS/m. The stranded structure of multiple fine copper wires greatly improves the flexibility of the conductor, enabling the cable to bend flexibly in narrow spaces.
Insulation Layer: The insulation layer of power cables (such as Yjvr) is made of cross-linked polyethylene (XLPE) with a thickness of ≥1.0mm. XLPE material has excellent temperature resistance, with a long-term working temperature of up to 90°C and a short-term overload temperature of up to 130°C. Moreover, it has stable insulation performance and low dielectric constant. The insulation layer of control cables (such as RV-K) is polyvinyl chloride (PVC) with a thickness of ≥0.8mm. PVC Insulation has good electrical insulation performance, which can effectively isolate signal interference and ensure stable transmission of control signals.
Sheath: The sheath of power cables such as Yjvr is made of wear-resistant PVC material with a thickness of ≥1.2mm. Antioxidants and weathering agents are added to improve the service life and anti-aging ability of the sheath. The sheath of control cables such as RV-K is made of flexible PVC, which is softer in texture with a thickness of ≥1.0mm. It can adapt to frequent bending and has certain oil resistance, making it suitable for use in industrial environments with oil stains. Some models (such as Ymvkf) use fluoroplastic sheaths, which have stronger chemical corrosion resistance and are suitable for special industrial scenarios.

Core Application Fields of Each Model
Yjvr (power cable): Suitable for power supply of industrial equipment, such as power connection of medium-power equipment like CNC machine tools and injection molding machines. It can also be used as the connecting wire of mobile power supply equipment (such as electric hoists). Its temperature-resistant and wear-resistant characteristics can meet the usage requirements of industrial environments.
RV-K (control cable): Mainly used for control lines of precision instruments, such as signal transmission between PLC control cabinets and executive components, and sensor connecting lines of automated production lines. It ensures the precise operation of equipment by virtue of stable signal transmission.
Ymvkf: Suitable for scenarios with special environmental requirements, such as equipment power supply and control lines in chemical workshops. Its chemical corrosion-resistant sheath can resist corrosion from corrosive gases and liquids in the workshop.
Fxv: Can be used for weak current control lines in buildings, such as line connections of security systems and building automation systems in smart buildings. It can also be used as the Power Line of small mobile equipment (such as electric tools).

Key Production Processes
Conductor Stranding: A high-speed bunching machine is used to strand copper wires. The stranding pitch is set according to the model (Yjvr pitch ≤30mm, RV-K pitch ≤20mm) to ensure that the conductor structure is tight and the flexibility meets the standard. During the stranding process, the copper wires are annealed (at a temperature of 400-450°C) to further improve the flexibility of the conductor.
Insulation Extrusion: A special extruder is used for XLPE insulation of power cables, with the melting temperature controlled at 200-220°C and the extrusion speed at 15m/min. A Φ50 extruder is used for PVC insulation of control cables, with the melting temperature at 160-180°C. An online thickness gauge is used to monitor the insulation thickness in real-time to ensure that the deviation is ≤±0.1mm.
Cabling Process: Four-core cables are arranged symmetrically on the cabling machine. After being filled with polypropylene fibers, they are wrapped with non-woven fabric for fixation. The cabling pitch is ≤300mm to ensure the roundness of the cable.
Sheath Extrusion: Corresponding extrusion equipment is selected according to the sheath material. The extrusion temperature of PVC Sheath is 160-180°C, and the extrusion temperature of fluoroplastic sheath is higher (adjusted according to material characteristics). After extrusion, it is cooled and shaped in a cooling water tank, with the cooling water temperature at 20-30°C to avoid cracks in the sheath due to sudden cooling.

Transportation Specifications
Road Transportation: Use a fence truck for transportation. Place the cable reel flat in the carriage and fix it firmly with steel wire ropes to avoid rolling during transportation. The stacking height of cables packaged in paper tubes shall not exceed 3 layers, and buffer pads shall be placed between layers to prevent extrusion damage.
Railway Transportation: Load according to the railway freight transportation regulations to ensure that the cable package is stable and meets the safety requirements of railway transportation.
Loading and Unloading Requirements: Use special lifting equipment when loading and unloading the cable reel, and lift from the designated lifting position. It is forbidden to drag or roll the cable reel from the side. Cables packaged in paper tubes shall be handled with care to avoid falling.
Special Weather: Cover with a rain cloth during rainy days to prevent the cable from getting damp; avoid direct sunlight during high-temperature weather transportation, and a sunshade net can be covered.
Storage Conditions
Delivery Process
Order Confirmation: After receiving the customer's order, check the product model, specification, quantity, delivery address and other information within 1 working day, and confirm the inventory status. Conventional models (such as Yjvr 4X35mm²) are in stock and can be arranged for delivery within 24 hours; special models or customized specifications need to inform the customer of the delivery time according to the production cycle.
Stock Preparation and Inspection: During stock preparation, inspect the appearance and marks of the cable to ensure they are consistent with the order requirements. Before delivery, randomly select samples for key performance tests such as insulation resistance to reconfirm the product quality.
Delivery Arrangement: Select a suitable logistics company according to the order quantity and the customer's location. Small batches of goods are sent by express, and large batches of goods are transported by logistics special lines. After delivery, timely inform the customer of the logistics tracking number and logistics company information to facilitate the customer to track the transportation status of the goods.

Problem Handling
Response Time: After the customer reports a product problem, the customer service staff will respond within 2 hours to understand the details of the problem.
Solutions: For minor problems (such as slight damage to the sheath), provide repair plans and required materials (such as special tapes, sealants); for serious quality problems, put forward specific solutions (such as product replacement) within 48 hours and implement them as soon as possible.
On-site Support: If the customer needs technical personnel to assist in solving problems on-site, they will arrive in adjacent areas within 24 hours and in remote areas within 48 hours (except for special circumstances).
Additional Services
Technical Support: Provide customers with product selection guidance, and recommend suitable models and specifications according to the customer's use scenarios and power requirements. Provide the "Cable Laying Guide", which includes laying environment requirements, bending radius, fixing methods, etc., to help customers lay cables correctly.
Installation Guidance: Provide technical consultation on cable wiring and terminal processing, and can send relevant operation videos and graphic materials. For bulk purchase customers, technical personnel can be arranged for on-site installation guidance.
Regular Return Visits: Make a telephone return visit to the customer 1 month after delivery to understand the product use situation; make a return visit once every six months within the warranty period to remind the customer to carry out necessary maintenance and inspection.
