Core Material Composition
Conductor: All series use high-purity electrolytic copper (copper content ≥99.95%), and adopt 19 strands of φ0.8mm fine Copper Wire stranded (Class 2 conductor structure). The copper wires are annealed (420°C×2h), with a smooth surface and no oxide layer, and the conductivity reaches more than 58MS/m. The multi-strand stranded design increases the Flexibility of the conductor by 30%, which is not easy to produce plastic deformation when bending, and is suitable for laying scenarios with frequent movement or bending (such as wiring at the base of outdoor lamp poles).
Insulation Layer: All use weather-resistant cross-linked polyethylene (XLPE) with a thickness of 1.2mm. The basic model N2xh is added with conventional antioxidants; N2xh-J, in order to improve stability, is mixed with 0.5% nano-calcium carbonate in XLPE to optimize dielectric properties (dielectric constant fluctuation ≤±0.2); N2xh-O is additionally added with ultraviolet absorber (UV-531), which can absorb ultraviolet rays with a wavelength of 280-340nm and delay the aging rate. The long-term working temperature of the three Insulation Materials is 90°C, and the short-term overload (within 2h) can reach 130°C.
Sheath: N2xh and N2xh-J use black PVC Sheaths (thickness 1.2mm), and carbon black (content 2%) is added to improve weather resistance; N2xh-O is upgraded to a black weather-resistant PE sheath (thickness 1.4mm), and maleic anhydride graft is mixed to improve the adhesion with the insulation layer. At the same time, it has an IP65 waterproof rating (insulation resistance does not decrease significantly after soaking in 1m underwater for 24h). The surface of the sheath is matte treated to reduce local temperature rise caused by outdoor sunlight reflection.

Application Scenarios by Model
N2xh (basic model): Suitable for dry indoor and mild outdoor scenarios, such as power supply for workshop equipment (non-open-air areas) and power distribution branches for office building floors. Its balanced performance can meet the needs of most conventional environments, and the cost is relatively moderate.
N2xh-J (stable model): Focuses on low partial discharge characteristics, and is suitable for scenarios with high requirements for power supply stability, such as precision instruments (laboratory incubators) and power incoming lines of PLC control cabinets. In areas with large voltage fluctuations (such as industrial areas), it can reduce insulation aging caused by discharge.
N2xh-O (weather-resistant model): Specifically designed for outdoor use, it is used in municipal road lighting main lines (street lamp spacing within 30m), outdoor substation outgoing lines (non-direct burial sections), and landscape lamp power supply lines. Its waterproof and sun-resistant characteristics can cope with natural factors such as rain, snow, and ultraviolet rays, and the outdoor service life can reach 8 years (about 5 years for ordinary cables).

Key Production Processes
Conductor Stranding: A cage stranding machine is used, with a stranding pitch of 25mm (10 times the conductor diameter) to ensure that the strands are closely bonded without loosening. After stranding, online tension detection is carried out (tension fluctuation ≤±5N) to avoid conductor eccentricity caused by uneven tension.
Insulation Extrusion: A Φ65 extruder is used, the melting temperature of XLPE material is 190-210°C, and the extrusion speed is 12m/min. The insulation thickness is monitored in real-time by a laser thickness gauge (deviation ≤±0.1mm), and it is cooled in sections in a cooling water tank (water temperature gradually decreases from 60°C to 25°C) to reduce internal stress. N2xh-O additionally adds an ultraviolet absorber mixing process (stirring for 15min to ensure uniform dispersion) in this link.
Cabling and Sheath: When four cores are cabled, active pay-off is adopted (pay-off tension 30N). After filling with polypropylene ropes, non-woven fabrics are wrapped (overlap rate 20%) for fixation; When extruding the sheath, the temperature of the PVC sheath is 170-180°C, and the temperature of the PE sheath is 180-200°C. After extrusion, it is shaped by spray cooling (water pressure 0.2MPa) to ensure that the sheath surface is smooth and free of bubbles.
Finished Product Inspection: Immediately after extrusion, a spark test (15kV voltage) is carried out to detect pinhole defects; Samples are taken every 100m for insulation resistance and partial discharge tests. N2xh-J needs to additionally pass the partial discharge verification under 1.73U0 (≤5pC).
Quality Inspection Standards

Mechanical performance: Sheath tensile strength, insulation elongation, bending test;

Transportation Specifications
Road Transportation: Use a fence truck. Place the cable reel flat in the carriage (stack no more than 2 layers), bind it with Φ8mm steel wire ropes (at least 4 binding points per reel), and place 5mm thick rubber pads at the contact points (to avoid sheath wear). Cables packaged in paper tubes are transported in boxes (cartons lined with foam), and the boxes are filled with buffer cotton to prevent shaking.
Loading and Unloading Requirements: When hoisting the cable reel, hoist from the central axis (oblique hoisting is prohibited, and the inclination angle ≤10°), and place it gently when landing (drop ≤10cm); Paper tube packaging needs to be manually carried (single tube weight ≤20kg), and throwing is prohibited.
Extreme Weather: Cover with a rain cloth (waterproof grade PU2000mm) during rainy days, and cover the top of the carriage with a sunshade net during high-temperature (≥35°C) transportation to avoid sheath softening due to high temperature.

Delivery Process
Order Processing: There are 5000m of spot goods for conventional models (N2xh, N2xh-O), and goods preparation is completed within 24 hours after order confirmation; N2xh-J is a customized model with a production cycle of 3-5 days (needs to be confirmed in advance).
Logistics Selection: Send special line logistics within 500km (arrival in 2-3 days), and send a full truckload for more than 500km (arrival in 4-5 days). Send logistics information (including order number and estimated arrival time) to the customer's designated contact information within 2 hours after shipment.
Arrival Reminder: 24 hours before the logistics shows that the goods are about to arrive, remind the customer to prepare unloading tools (such as forklifts) through SMS + phone calls, and inform the acceptance precautions (such as checking the integrity of the package).

Solutions: For slight sheath damage (area ≤10mm²), a repair kit (including special PE tape, sealant, and instructions for use) will be sent for free; For serious quality problems, a replacement plan will be determined within 48 hours, and urgent orders will be prioritized for production.
On-site Support: When technical personnel need to be present, they will arrive in adjacent provinces within 24 hours and in remote provinces within 48 hours (except special areas) to assist in troubleshooting laying or use problems.
