    The 70-150mm² green/yellow PVC ground cable is a high-performance cable specially designed for earthing systems and heating systems. Its cross-sectional size ranges from 70mm² to 150mm², which can meet the high-current earthing needs in different scenarios. The green and yellow outer sheath is an internationally recognized earthing identifier, allowing for quick identification during installation, reducing the risk of misoperation. This cable complies with IEC 60227 standards, meeting international specifications in terms of safety, reliability and performance.​ In terms of specification parameters, the diversity of cross-sectional sizes enables it to have wide applicability. The 70mm² cable has a current-carrying capacity of about 200-250A, suitable for earthing of medium-sized industrial equipment and small to medium-sized heating systems; the 95mm² cable has a current-carrying capacity of 250-300A, which can meet the needs of earthing in large factory workshops and medium-sized heating systems; the 120mm² cable has a current-carrying capacity of about 300-350A, suitable for main earthing of large buildings and main circuits of large heating systems; the 150mm² cable has a current-carrying capacity of up to 350-400A, capable of handling earthing requirements of extra-large industrial facilities and high-power heating equipment. Although the rated voltage of the cable is mainly designed for earthing scenarios, it has excellent insulation performance with an insulation resistance of ≥100MΩ·km and passes the 2500V voltage withstand test (no breakdown for 1 minute), ensuring insulation stability in complex environments.​ In terms of material and structure, the conductor is made of multi-stranded stranded high-purity electrolytic copper with a purity of more than 99.95%. The multi-stranded stranded design enhances flexibility, facilitating bending and laying in narrow spaces, while improving resistance to mechanical vibration and extending service life. The insulation layer is made of PVC material, with an operating temperature range of -15℃ to 70℃, having good moisture resistance and chemical corrosion resistance, and can work stably in humid, dusty and slightly corrosive environments. It has a flame retardant rating of UL94 V-0 and can self-extinguish when exposed to open fire. The green and yellow outer sheath is not only an earthing identifier but also has UV resistance and aging resistance, suitable for outdoor and harsh environments.​ Its characteristic uses are concentrated in two major fields: earthing systems and heating systems. In earthing systems, it can be used as the main earthing trunk of buildings, protective earthing of industrial equipment, neutral point earthing of power systems, etc., to quickly conduct leakage current into the ground, ensuring the safety of personnel and equipment; in heating systems, it is used to connect the earthing circuit of electric heating equipment, such as large floor heating systems, industrial heating boilers, etc., ensuring that the heating equipment can be earthed in time when there is a leakage, and at the same time, it can withstand temperature changes in the heating environment. In addition, it also plays an important role in the comprehensive earthing network of large public facilities such as subways and airports, maintaining the potential balance of the system.​ The production process strictly follows IEC 60227 standards, including copper purification, multi-strand precision stranding, PVC insulation layer extrusion, two-color outer sheath co-extrusion, cooling and solidification, and multiple tests (such as conductor resistance, insulation thickness, bending resistance, etc.). Each batch of products undergoes comprehensive quality inspection to ensure that performance meets the standards. During installation, it needs to be connected with special earthing terminals to ensure low-impedance conduction. Fixed laying can be done by cable tray, pipe threading or direct burial, and waterproof sealing must be done for outdoor installation. With standardized identification, strong current-carrying capacity and reliable performance, this cable provides a safe and efficient solution for various earthing and heating systems.
